Weekly Club Training Runs:

Tuesday Evening 6pm

12km or 9km pack run with water stops along the way.

5 to 8km "Penquins"/ Beginners pack run at slow pace, under supervision.

Thursday Evening 6pm

12km/ 16km pack run, different route to Tuesday, both runs with water stops OR

8km/ 10km pack run, flat-ish route (known as the Pensioner’s route).

5 to 8km "Penquins"/ Beginners pack run at slow pace, under supervision.

Sunday Morning 6am (Sept - March) and 7am (Apr - Aug)

Usually a 20km pack run along a different route each week with water and coke stops.

Cost is R10 for members and non-members.

The route may vary in distance and are published on our web page and on Facebook.

There are isolated dates when a featured race clashes with a Sunday run in which case there are no organised Sunday runs.
